It has been 3 years that I’m shopping at the Bay. I was always satisfied with everything. Recently, I purchased a Philips shaver online. Surprisingly, it was an open-box item (the tape was cut). Also, the shaver had been used (having some hair inside). It was very disgusting. I returned it and didn’t even get a proper apology from the customer service staff. I purchased a new one from BestBuy. I don’t suggest buying electrical items at the Bay.

We were shopping for a new bed and Dan at the Bay in Kelowna is a very knowledgeable salesman. Not pushy about the product. He let's the product sell itself. An awesome guy to deal with! We purchased our new bed today thanks to Dan and his knowledge of the industry.
Love it here. The staff are helpful and the store is always in order. One thing I don't like is how other girls from other stations come to different stations they aren't familiar with to help and I've had experiences where I was given the wrong product or they couldn't find what I needed at Clinique and I ended up having to come back.
there are a lot of things to choose from , if you have time you can spend whole day there to choose things
