I needed a quote to install an EV charger. Their appraiser arrived, we walked around the house to see how this could be done. In order not to waste either his or my time, I showed him how it is easier to stretch the wire through the whole house. He made some notes and said that he would send a quote for this work. Of course, he did not send me anything and did not contact me, I think they were not interested in it or maybe they didn’t know how to do it. If you need to do something on electricity, then do not even waste your time with this company, but find reliable contractors.

Don't waste your time quoting or doing tenders for this company. They waste an exorbitant amount of your time, don't tell you if deadlines get changed (causing you to rush days worth of quoting to get it in on time, when you actually have more time), then when you do submit your proposal they don't even respond with an acknowledgement of receipt let alone any sort of yes/no. They use the same subcontractors all the time and just waste the time of others to compare quotes with their current go-to subcontractors (without the intention of dealing with you). If they ask you to quote on anything substantial but have never dealt with you in the past, be wary about it as you will likely spend a long time quoting without receiving the respect of even a response.
