Whenever we go to a trip, we always check the local art galleries to immerse ourselves to different cultures, as well as to know the history of the city and see new art exhibits. We only payed 10 for entrance. The gallery was quiet on a Friday morning. There were only 4 gallery rooms with different exhibits. We really like all the crafts, contemporary art and historical items of their museum. It was a quick tour of their gallery but everything was thought provoking. The concierge was also sweet and helpful during our tour.

It's still pretty little but they have a couple different gallery rooms and this neat program where you can have a little bag of art supplies to make your own art. It looks like they used to have a room to do it in but of course with pandemic problems that's not an option. Great place to visit if you have kids!
Beautiful expos. Free on Thursdays. The art from HS kids in insanely talented!
Great exposure to national and international art for residents in the Okanagan. Free on Thursdays and open to 8pm!
The KAG is a cornerstone of Kelowna - a great sense of community and vibrant creativity. What’s so great about it is that they feature local artists on a regular basis, and are keen on providing workshops and activities that allow for maximum public engagement. Galleries are often seen as a stuffy space, but the KAG is always welcoming and homey. I love walking into their doors and being ushered into the latest exhibition! Also, remember that Thursdays are always free!
