Its extremely tough to pick a good mortgage broker. There is so many to pick from with such different reviews. I 100 percent recommended Tracy, I live in Prince George which creates it's own different problems from being in a different town and still made it all feel effortless. She truly believes in putting the client first and it easily shows! She has met and gone past my expectations. She absolutely killed it through the whole process. Will deffiently be recommend to my own family.

Very similar to the other review, I was introduced to Tracy Head by my former mortgage broker, Laurie Baird. Tracy is an excellent professional. She is very knowledgeable, fast, and goes above an beyond to find the best deal for her clients. She was able to secure a renewal rate 0.5% lower than what the lender had offered me, and that was after I have already accepted the first option she showed me that was only 0.3% lower than the original rate. So, even after I had accepted the first option she kept fighting to get an even lower rate because she knew the rates were supposed to go down.

Not sure I would choose someone who doesn't give out the right information. Castanet article clearly says \this premium can be ported from one property to another\ this is absolutely false. I just went through all this and it's all up to the CMHC in WHOLE. Completely inaccurate. I'd steer clear and find someone who has proper information for you.

I have just begun the mortgage application process through Tracy and have to say from the very start I have felt 100% taken care of. She came to me by referral and answered her phone on the first call. Her guidance and knowledge in what she does has been very reassuring through what is always an arduous process. It's a stressful thing applying for mortgage in 2019 with all the rules and 'stress tests'! I'm thankful to have been referred to such a competent, professional, and caring individual. It shows she truly cares for her clients and will go to great lengths to ensure their success in getting into a new home.
