Customer Service is #1! So pleased with the awesome staff. All are very knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick is fantastic, he is also informative and quick. Convenient location, renewal voicemail reminders, easy free parking and not often a lineup if ever! I would highly recommend this local business.

Patrick helped me out when my car was written off in the summer. Car sat insured for a month before I had it removed, didn't realize I could get that money back until Patrick did all the work. Highly recommend, both Patrick and Roy are knowledgeable and helpful.
I've been using Kelowna Valley for a few years now and their service has always been prompt, friendly, and efficient. Today I renewed my my auto insurance over the phone to reduce my time in public places during lockdown and I spoke with Ann Jaswal- she was very nice and quickly had me sorted out and ready to go!
