My experience at Kelowna Kia was wonderful! Everything was organized, quick and easy just the way I like it. The salesman I dealt with, Sheldon, was super accommodating and made the purchase of my new SUV a breeze! He really listened to what I was looking for and made sure I ended up with something that was the perfect fit for me and my lifestyle. Since I work full time he kept in contact with me via phone/text and was able to get everything ready for me day of pick up so that I was in and out in under an hour! I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and the credit goes to Kelowna Kia and Sheldon!

They went above and beyond to help us out in getting us the vehicles we were looking for. We don’t live in Kelowna so they helped us get approval ahead of time before coming down to purchase at lest one of our vehicles. When we arrived in Kelowna to pick up our vehicle we were able to purchase another one for my wife. They were able to help us get the vehicles we so wanted, helped make the purchase price right and plus get us equipped with the assessors we needed to get home. They have great costumer service and we haven’t even owned our vehicles a month got a flat back home and they were able to help us get the help we needed with warranty and where to take our vehicle to get it fixed. Very happy Kia customers, loving our new vehicles.

Great team from top to bottom. My wife got a Rio here last year and we were happy with the deal and service so it was only natural I come here. I dealt with Jordan and he went above and beyond for me. They had the car I wanted and he made it work into my budget. When I showed up I locked my keys in my truck and Jordan had his team get them for me before I was back from the test drive! There was a mix up with the insurance people and it didn't look like I'd be able to leave with my new car, guess again! They threw a dealer plate on, let me park my old truck in the lot, and extended the test drive for me until the next morning so I could enjoy my new car! Would recommend to any driver looking for an enjoyable process to getting a new car.
