As a long time custom home builder, I value small nimble companies. I really never want to call a place that you need to press 1 for sales, 2 for shipping, 3 for scheduling, 4 for service. Nickells Kitchen Studio is great. Rob is the main point of contact and he has long time precision, non smoking installers. I like that the cabinets are built in BC and I like that they go above and beyond on service. Like any custom product there is an expected lead time in building, delivering and installing, with careful scheduling on the home owner or builders part their will never be an issue.

I can't speak highly enough about Rob at Kelowna Kitchen Studio and our experience working with him (which completely exceeded our expectations). He designed our dream kitchen and provided innovative ideas that no other company thought of (a gorgeous design for our hood fan, storage solutions, an impressive oversized fridge/freezer option that looks like a Sub Zero but cost a fraction of the price and even our appliance supplier didn't think of!). Rob was always finding ways to save us money and stay in budget without compromising the integrity or beauty of our home. The product itself is high quality, looks great and has held up very well. If you are looking for a seamless process from start to finish with minimal stress, this is the company that you want to use. We shopped around and chose to work with Rob based off of his outstanding reputation with previous clients. While larger companies have one person design your kitchen who won't deal with issues that arise (instead they refer you to their \customer service team\ who can take considerable time to find a solution), Rob is the same person that you deal with from start to finish. If any issues arise, he solves them immediately and with minimal stress or cost to the client. He consistently responded to phone calls, emails and texts right away which helped to save us money and time when working with multiple trades. Once the job finished, he still provided that level of quality care no matter how small the question was. Rob is an honest, kind, and knowledgable person who truly understands customer service at its core and was an absolute pleasure to work with. If more trades were like Rob, the world would still be doing business on an honest handshake.

Rob Love has HORRIBLE customer service. Decent kitchen but if you even need any part of it repaired after the fact, don't hold your breath. He won't make it to even have a look at it anytime soon, let alone return your phone calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Rob was patient and had great suggestions for us. We have another project and will be using him again. We did need help after the fact, a couple of times, and he made time to come and help us out. Very happy with their service and the quality of the cabinets.
