Dr.Sterling is incredible. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing to make sure you are comfortable. He is very kind and extremely knowledgable. I have been feeling so much better since I switched over to him. If you want to genuinely feel better, I would go see him.

Awesome clinic with great services. Dr. Penner is a great chiropractor no quirks just great results. The massage therapy team is the best in valley. If you are looking for a new Chiro or RMT look no further they will take good care of you.

Second visit, first review: Right off the bat, my zonk is the parking. Be sure to arrive well before your appointment as parking is limited! No stars lost here as I'm reviewing KLO Chiropractic, not the plaza LOL! Staff greet me right away with a smile, and get checked it. They prefer I arrive exactly at my appointment time so no one waits in the lobby due to Covid protocols. I'm guided to the room and see the doctor within minutes. Both visits, the doctor was able to assess and correct my back issue perfectly! I found this office to be warm, clean and tidy. The staff are great! Only zonk is that there are no follow-up correspondence after the session to check on progress. As well, no exercises were e-mailed to myself to work on. Overall, good experience! Enjoy!

Dr. Nick Race is an incredible practitioner. He was extremely kind, positive and he really knows his stuff. I left my session feeling 100% better while also learning a bunch about my own body and why I was experiencing the issues in my neck and back. I will definitely be back and highly recommend his services to anyone in Kelowna who wants a modern approach.
