6 weeks post partum after being cleared from my surgeon from my c-section I was healed from Surgery but constantly in pain. Carrying around a newborn and cuddling my baby in a lazy boy my posture was terrible. I wasn’t able to workout or walk long distances because I was in so much pain. I felt like my body wasn’t even my own. After working with Dr. Jay for 8 weeks I feel like he gave me my body back. I am able to workout and hold my baby as much as I want! He also adjusts my little girl! He helped her with digestion issues!

Lighthouse chiropractic is incredible!Everyone is very kind and goes above and beyond to be accommodating. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining all the details of treatments. I have an abnormal curve to my spine and Dr Ken has been instrumental in correcting my posture and overall spine and neck health. I have been going for 6 months now and have noticed a huge change already ! I also go for massages with Taylor Brown and she is the most lovely person. I always leave feeling like a new person. Thank you to the whole team! I can’t recommend them enough.

It’s been 2 years working with the team at lighthouse and they really have helped heal my body. I was in a car accident that left me with back and neck pain, sever headaches and nausea. Being able to do all my treatment in one location was a life saver, the team communicates with each other to recommend the best treatments. I tweaked my back and was unable to walk properly. I called the Lighthouse clinic and was greeted by a warm, compassionate voice on the phone. Jaz quickly booked me in for an appointment and an hour later I arrived at the clinic, hunched over and using a walker to assist me as I was unable to walk normally. Dr. Jenkins saw me right away, took x-rays and determined the problem immediately to be some disc wear at the bottom of my spine. Dr. J adjusted me and was able to get me standing upright and walked out of the clinic without the use of the walker. I would recommend Dr. J and his Lighthouse staff to anyone needing this type of service. I have been back since and will continue to use their services whenever possible.
