Wow! Huge rave to Lights On! I have been struggling to replace some pieces for a chandelier that I bought on Marketplace, not easy! Walked in and immediately they went to the back to find replacement parts...bingo! Not only did they have all 12 pins but charged me only a "Happy New Year, and smiles. Doesn't get any better than that! Great people and kindness. Thanks so much.

We had a great experience renewing our light fixtures at Lights on Banks. Kim was terrific. She was very knowledgeable about the many, many options and guided us efficiently to our ultimate choices. She then managed the ordering, holding of the products and finally the installation when it became safe to do so. Dan, the installer also did a fine job and safely for we older people employing both mask and gloves. Thanks very much.

Big shout out to Monica at Lights on Bank. We recently needed a replacement globe for a lamp we originally brought from Urban Barn. Urban Barn couldn’t find the supplier info and suggested us to purchase a 500 full floor lamp instead. So I decided to talk to Monica at Lights On Bank, she was very competent and tracked the supplier and got me a replacement. Just amazed with her customer service and time taken to track the supplier with just a photo of the floor lamp I provided. Thank you . I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service.

She has a great eye for lighting and her customer service is unparalleled. If you don't see what you want on the floor she will help you source it! I would really like to give kudos to a lighting consultant at Lights on Banks. I have used Anissa Blumhagen on multiple projects and properties in Kelowna and in the lower mainland and have been extremely satisfied with the service that Anissa and Lights on Banks provided. The consultations with Anissa were very detailed and she took the time to discuss the many options that we’d come across. I really appreciated how she took my ideas, did her research and then helped to narrow down my options for just the right lighting package! I have loved every light that I have purchased from Anissa as she advised me on cohesive combinations that tied all my design projects together. The last project I did involved updating and renovating a home for the purpose to sell. I truly believe that the lighting choices that Anissa helped me make led to the quick sale of the house as many of the buyers commented on how they loved the lighting fixtures.
