i shop quite often at lulu and in Kelowna downtown but today was different Courtney helped me along with Lesia today i was looking for pants and we chatted a bit and when it came time to check out i was ready to pay when they told me my pants were gifted to me today .. i was so surprised and also so very great-full. but all staff at this location deserve a pat on the back as everyone is always so happy and help-full

I stopped in today instead of shopping online due to my friends recommendation. Usually places that busy are overwhelming for me but the staff there made it a great experience. Product I wanted was sold out but they found alternatives in seconds. The staff member that stood out was Tessa, I overheard her checking in on the staff to make sure they’ve washed their hands and sanitized. She also helped me pick out a great sweater which is . I suggest if management reads this to give her a raise, definitely following and executing the safety measures put in place. Will stop by again instead of online 100%

Bought a pair of shorts, used them for maybe a month and the threading on the inside of the leg is starting to come apart. Supper comfy just wish they lasted longer.
