Our association with Martin Motor Sports in Kelowna began with our purchase of our boat from them only this past spring of 2020. We could not be more pleased with their prompt, friendly and attentive service they have rendered to us, from our first exploratory chat with with our sales representative Aaron L. over the phone. Most recently and deserving of emphasis, the commitment to our complete satisfaction demonstrated by their parts department during our latest transaction went above and beyond the call. Special mention of Lana and Serena's attention to our needs is particularly appropriate. The concept that we might ever consider shopping elsewhere for our boating needs is inconceivable. If and when we should ever find ourselves struggling with a case of \Sixfootitis\ - to which from our previous experience as former boat owners for many years we recognize we are vulnerable - we will be most certainly be heading back to Martin Motor Sports Kelowna for the appropriate cure.

We got an O'Brien tube with a boat we just bought and the original owner neglected to put the air valves into the boat. Dayhlon at the Kelowna location really went out of his way to get some valves to us and saved our weekend at the lake. Service at Martin is top notch.

The manager and sales representative have been very quick to respond to any issues or questions we have raised. The service team always picks up and deliverers our boat as promised. They also have been able to have the boat manufacturer pay for repairs and parts beyond the warranty period. We know that our boat is safe and reliable and that it provides great pleasure for our family. We just had our boat delivered by Grady and his partner. On time and full of gas. Great job guys!

I purchased a 2002 Chaparral285ssi from Rayburn's Marine this past August , I dealt with Craig MacCloud The whole experience was trouble free and pleasant . Rayburn's staff from sales to financing to the technicians was done in a courteous professional manner . Craig and the staff made it too easy for me . I live in Ontario and purchasing a boat from B.C. , can be a bit overwhelming . A lot can be said about the way business is done when purchasing a boat including the survey, and insurance in the province of British Columbia , Ontario can learn a few things . Again I can't say enough about my experience with Rayburn's , Craig , Shandelle and the staff . Many Thanks !! Dan
