This was my first counselling session after many years, and Renata ensured it was a pleasant one. She was extremely easy going and I felt really comfortable talking to her, just like I was talking to my friends. Her professionalism and sense of humour was extremely helpful in relieving the anxiety and stress I had in opening up to her. The video platform that we used did not always work smoothly and there was lost connection multiple times - hence the four stars.
