I had an excellent experience with MNP and my Trustees Jeane and Tara. They genuinely helped me and provided a solution when I was very stuck and buried. I saved a lot of money! These people are the real deal, the process does include talking to creditors and is fully legitimate. I am now finished my proposal and close to debt free as my student loan could not be included at the time of my proposal. I feel much better! I plan on remaining as close to debt free as possible. My wife and I needed to reach out to MNP for financial assistance for her parents with the Kelowna location. My wife has been working with Emma Orchard primarily and we cannot say enough positive things about her and our experience. My wife's parents live in a remote area and we live in another province which makes things a little challenging at times due to the geographical distance. Emma has been more than accommodating through telephone conversations and emails, she has gone above and beyond with exceptional client service. We have been treated with the utmost respect and always felt comfortable through my wife's parents hardships.
