I had such a great experience with Mike at Nufloors Kelowna! I came in with a very basic understanding of the different flooring options available to me. Mike spent a couple hours with me, was super well informed and incredibly helpful. They have an extensive selection and the products and labor were very competitively priced. Due to a time crunch on installation I had to go with a different company, but I plan to make it a priority to first see Mike and the Nufloors team for any future projects.

I was recommended to pay a visit to Nufloors when I was looking to replace my daughters carpet in their bedrooms - and I can see why I was recommended! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a very friendly associate who recognized what I needed right away and gave me all the information I needed (along with samples) to make a great flooring choice. I appreciated the genuine interaction and the really stellar customer service I received. It was no pressure, no up sale, no long winded explanations of what I should get - just a real effort to work within my budget and get the quality upgrade and flooring my daughters rooms needed. I was able to get a quote based on the measurements I provided that day and communication afterwards was absolutely effortless. I was always able to get an answer to a question I had within an hour or less. Booking to install also took no time at all and Mike worked around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated. As for the installer he was equally professional, friendly and had the carpet installed in less that 2 1/2 hours. I can see why my neighbour recommended Nufloors and I will absolutely do the same to anyone I know looking for quality flooring. Thank you so much for everything Mike - I look forward to working with you again and upgrading my flooring. To anyone looking for flooring - go here first.
