We are so pleased with the new awnings at our home that we had installed by Bob and Ron. They went above and beyond in helping us to get just what we wanted. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The excellent work was done in a timely manner and the job site left clean and tidy. They have the best prices in the Okanagan. We would highly recommend them.

Just had our awning done by Bob at our business on Harvey and Spall, turned out awesome and they were great to deal with, on top of that they priced their service / product better than the main competing awning company here in Kelowna. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need an awning replaced, thanks again guys!

Best service ever, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly! The owner, Bob and his sidecick Ron were fantastic. The awning was installed perfectly; I now am the envy of all my neighbours in the beautiful Okanagan. Thanks for the wonderful service!
Could not be happier with the service and the product. Needed a new awning for our business, Kelowna Pool Tables. Was concerned about not having signage while it was being done but Bob said they would pick it up and return with the new awning in a day, and that's exactly what they did! Love the finished product. 5 stars for a job well done! Thanks guys :)
Very poor customer service! I would give them zero stars if I could. I spoke with the owner on Monday and he scheduled an appointment for one of his guys to come on Friday at 1030. Friday at 1030 rolls around and no one shows up. I waited until 12 to give them the benefit of doubt. No phone call and no one shows up, so i called and spoke to the owner again and proceeds to tell me that "its a bad day for me to get organized" So I mention it would have been nice to hear from someone that they aren't coming. He proceeded to yell at me to "go somewhere else" I don't understand how someone with such poor customer service even stays in business in Kelowna.
