This laundromat is by far the best I've ever used! The staff are all so kind and helpful! Bright and bubbly ladies, all of them! I don't know anywhere else you can do 65 pounds of laundry for 7 bucks a wash and about the same to dry if not less. The building is always so clean, it's bright and the machines do a superb job on your clothes. The only downfalls thus far in my opinion is they've implemented this crazy 2.50 cash back fee for using your card to get change for the machines, unless you buy one of their items... Which coincidentally cost 2.50 or more each. (But they are getting the card payment boxes on each machine so, really, shouldn't be an issue going forward once they're all up and running smoothly!) and the fact that if there's more than just a couple of people in there at once, it gets quite crowded and can be a bit of a pain to move around especially with laundry, but usually it's not too bad. By far the positives outweigh the minimal negatives, and since our washer is broken these lovely ladies see me every few days as of late! Always a pleasure going there to get my laundry done!

Super clean location! Great parking! Felt incredible taken care of by David, the diligent and kind hearted young man on staff this evening. He could be seen sanitizing all the machines after each use, from buttons to drums, fronts, tops, soap dispenser, doors, buttons, you name it. He was keeping the counters neat and clean and the supplies and debit machine sanitized and orderly as well. Honestly felt like top notch service in a very COVID safe and friendly location.
Nice and clean. So cool you can tap your debit card to pay. Simple. We will be back!

**Parking is in the big open garage on Sutherland, beside the car wash. Love this place! It's clean, quiet, air conditioned and the washing machines are top notch. They usually have one friendly employee at the desk making sure everything is running smoothly but for the most part they keep to themselves while you do your thing. Gather up your loonies and quarters before you go as those are the only coins the machines take. If needed the staff will exchange your bills for coins at the desk. Each load is between 4.50-7 depending on the length of cycle and size of machine you choose. They also sell little ramekins of detergent and fabric softener if you forget yours. Drop ins are welcome but due to coronavirus the max number of people permitted at a time is 3, so maybe call ahead to see how busy they are. My boyfriend and I go regularly and the longest we've had to wait was a couple of minutes. Highly recommended! Update: Shoutout to the guy on shift the day I left behind a load of towels! I had no idea until I came in a week later and he greeted me with them all folded in a bag and ready to go. Thank you!
It Was new nice clean and efficient digital machines will go back ! The prices are high but the machines are huge and can hold up to 60 lbs
Just stopped in today and checked these guys out. Super friendly service. Big machine's for big loads! Reasonably priced and clean. COVID-19 protocols in place and practiced. Felt cozy and safe! Thanks for the great experience for the worlds most hated chore! Definitely coming back!
