It was a easy time going to passport health! Melissa was very thorough and dove into what I really needed for my vacation to South Korea! The actual shots were quick and easy! Would definitely go again for my vaccinations in the future!

Warning to anyone thinking their medical will cover the immunizations from Passport Health: They have LARGE markup prices on their immunizations. Our medical covers 80% of the vaccinations we received, but our coverage stated that Passport Healths prices are above and beyond "the reasonable and customary charges" for each drug. As a result, we are left with a much larger bill than we originally anticipated. We had mentioned our medical coverage multiple times, even checking codes, while at our consult and not one time were we informed that their prices were particularly higher than customary, and therefore our coverage would be less. I would assume being in this business, they would be aware of this. We put our trust in this clinic to be provided excellent and knowledgeable service, but I feel costs were purposefully hidden until late in the process. I have a form from our medical coverage company that clearly outlines the reasonable costs of each immunization vs how much Passport Health charged, and therefore what we will be covered for. It is much less than 80% thanks to their significant markups. They hide this from their website, and also don’t clearly state how much they will charge per person just for the consultation. Of course, if you cancel you will also be charged. We received an email from the manager asking for a review, and I responded with our concerns; however, it has been a week and I did not even receive acknowledgment. Truly disappointing in many aspects. Save your money by going elsewhere.

Super informative and friendly. The nurse was very competent and barely felt the vaccines. Felt confident in what choices to make before my upcoming trip.

I recently went in for a consultation prior to going on my first trip to Mexico. Melissa met me right on time for our appointment and she was very knowledgeable and well prepared for my visit. She was thorough in explaining the different health risks and gave me all the necessary vaccinations and prescriptions right on the spot so there was no need to go to a pharmacy. This trip was very convenient and Melissa was polite and efficient. Glad I was recommended to go in and would highly recommend to anyone else who is travelling and has questions or requires vaccinations. Thank you!

The nurse was great at explaining what vaccines and medications we needed for our trip. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. She did a great job! And when she did the injection she was professional and quick - it did not hurt at all. The clinic is in a great location with a lot of parking. Thank you!

Great service, easy to find and they provide all essential information about travel health. I’m traveling to SE Asia and we talked through where I’m traveling and what I’ll be doing while I’m there. Giving me suggestions when to take malaria pills and giving me options on different vaccinations while keeping it simple for my understanding.
