Dealing with Phantom Screens Okanagan was an excellent experience from my first phone call to get information about the product to having the screens installed. The installer was friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving. Soon after getting the screens installed, I thought one of the screens was not working properly. Phantom Screens sent their repair person out as soon as possible. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, especially since there was nothing wrong with the screen, but something wrong with the operator (me). She was more than kind and encouraged me to contact Phantom Screens anytime I had a question. I love my screens. I had two installed, one in the front and one in the back. They work beautifully and allow for a cool flow of fresh air in the house without any bugs getting in. I highly recommend Phantom Screens.

We needed a screen for our deck door. We heard the ad for Phantom Screens. Called the office, got a very pleasant response. Got a quote over the phone, booked the appointment. They showed up exactly as promised. The installer came in, very courteous, installed the screen in about 20 minutes, wrote the bill for exactly as quoted and was gone. It's been amazing ever since. Couldn't be more pleased. You cant ask for mote than that. Very happy with the product and service!

Everything from initial query to final installation went smoothly. The installer was fast and cleaned up every little scrap of the previous unit and hauled it all away. The screen works extremely well just as promised. Only sorry we did not get a Phantom screen sooner.
