Recently my hot tub stopped working, and a friend at work recommended Kelowna Pool and Spa as they had the same problem last year. I gave the business a call and they assured me over the phone that they would be able to fix it. The technician arrived the same day and I was able to use my hot tub that night! Great service, would use KP&S again.
