I purchased a Courtesy Car from RPM. I have never had such an amazing experience buying a used car as I did with these guys. From Kurt showing and telling me about the car, to Mike and Kevin for making sure that the car was in good running order before I drove it away! These guys went over and above what most people would. They were welcoming, honest, down to earth all around wonderful people. Just like the kind of mentality you would have found \back in the day\. They have totally gained another customer and I will be sure to tell everyone I talk to go to RPM Auto! Thank you guys for being so amazing and making me feel like we have known each other forever!

My daughter's vehicle wouldn't start, and since we live in a different town, we had to make all the arrangements for diagnostics and repairs over the phone. Kevin, who took my call, was very professional. The car was in and out within 24 hours and we even received a text after the fact, with a copy of the courtesy inspection. Thanks for the great service, RPM!
I couldn't get into my regular shop to fix my vehicle, they suggested RPM Automotive, I was very pleased with the customer service and my car works great.
These guys were excellent. Friendly with awesome service. They diagnosed a problem FORD could not, and saved me 4700...needless to say they will be getting all of my business from now on.
I was new in town, if you have time you can shop around and get better price. It was a little bit pricey for what I needed. It's easy to be nice when you charge a high price and wanted near 650 to change my front brakes.... I was like I'll wait for that. They do all the police cars so the province pays for it.... I can't say if the work was well done or not or if they put high quality pieces there, but they are pricey. Hence the 3 stars.
