Unfortunately I have to deal with this branch downtown weekly. The staff are extremely rude. From the tellers to the management, to the rude woman upstairs who deals with mortgage payouts. If I had the choice I would never deal with this branch again because of how they treat customers.

Small location. Bank isn't very big. But serves it's purpose. It's a Royal Bank. I find staff very friendly.

Should adapt its facilities to have a drive through ATM, as TD does across the street. But I've had better experiences with this particular branch than other ones. Parking is available. Staff are helpful and pleasant.
