Extremely happy for the last 2 years with my work boots. However, was told they were easily repairable if anything were to happen and now I’m finding out that’s not the case unless you want shoe glue all over your 400 boots or a big ugly toe cap installed over top of the existing one. I clean and condition the leather monthly, last thing I want is a sloppy repair job with glue or a toe cap that won’t match the other boot and for them to fall apart again a couple months later when the glue lets go like it always does.

Waited outside for 25 min. Sign on door said “back in 15”. I understand with the current situation that companies need to cut back on staff, and everyone deserves a break, but this is a great way to lose business. I will take my business elsewhere or order online.
