I have been to Savoy a number of times for small items. It has always been difficult to get service, and when I've managed to, the service has been poor. I went in the other day to buy a new mower and could not get any attention. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a trend. My hope is that the GM stops justifying the poor customer service and starts to look at the problems within. The way in which he attacks the writers of unfavorable reviews is ridiculous. The customer is not always right, but their customer service is also not infallible. What is your business doing that generates negative reviews? Perhaps ignoring customer (when it's busy, just let them know you'll be a moment), not aptly communicating, and then berating those who tried to support your business is not the best model for continued success.

Amazing Staff to deal with, great products to rent, if you have any sort of ground cultivation, do yourself the biggest favor ever and rent the dingo from savoy, the staff were super great in explaining to me how it worked to get the best results. I had it booked for two days to tame the ugliest back yard you can imagine, i had it finished in half a day with out any problem and they only charged me for one day. I had two attachments the cultivator and the bucket, i will never do landscaping again with out one well worth the few extra dollars to save doing it manually,
I was excited to shop local for an item for my family business. Upon attending the store I was met with one employee in particular who didn’t seem to have the time of day to go over the details of the product with me. The cost of this item was 2500.00 which I was prepared to spend supporting a local store. When I asked to see what the item looked like he stated “they all look the same” and declined showing it to me stating “it’s somewhere around the store”. I found this particular employee dismissive and almost hostile to me when I had my few general inquiries. I felt uncomfortable in the store and left without purchasing the product I needed. I was very surprised with this experience as I have not encountered this energy in my daily life in a very long time. Quite a disappointment.
Savoy came through for us! My husband is getting a knee surgery and we’re scrambling to find a snowblower for our massive driveway before the surgery. Dave at savoy was SO nice & helpful. If you can support local, go here! Actual customer service and they care. 5 stars
