They are totally using the pandemic to discontinue some services and increase costs to the consumer. The unprofessional phone staff basically said too bad and we are more than welcome to go elsewhere.
Shred-It is reliable and professional. The secure shredding box is a great idea as well. I like having the certificate of destructions emailed directly to me, within minutes of the service.
