Staff was very helpful! Couldn't find womens sizing but the staff realized the shoes were in fact unisex shoes and found the mens size that worked perfectly!! Thank you so much!!

I went in the soft moc in Kelowna for a Christmas present for my mother the end of November! She changed her mind on colour so went back in to exchange colour (dec 3) and they had to order them in telling me it would be 5-7 business days. That came and went and still nothing... at the end of it December 21 had to fight for a full refund and not a gift receipt and now frantically trying to find her Christmas present with only a few days left!!! This place and the staff are a joke and will never go back and would highly recommend everyone to go elsewhere!!! Never again
