Heather was amazing to work with. Not only did she accommodate us earlier than expected, she explained each step as she was doing it. As a bit of a nerd, I found the whole experience to be both educational and fun. On top of all that, she was quite knowledgeable! I am having my wedding band made in a lesser known Japanese style, and she was of the first people we have talked to who was familiar with it. We will definitely be bringing our future pieces to her.

I have been reluctant to get my diamond engagement ring appraised because I'd have to hand it over to someone else for a period of time, but Heather was absolutely great - we got to watch the whole process (suitably masked of course!), she explained exactly what she was doing at every step (which was fascinating!) and she was extremely professional and competent. Also, I had neglected to ask the price of the appraisal beforehand but was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable it was.
