Great store with an excellent selection of tea! The staff are all super friendly, and always deliver an exceptional experience.

I had a bad experience in store so I emailed head office to put in a complaint. I was told I would be contacted by a district or store manager and never was. I guess they do not care when a customer leaves unhappy which is a shame because previous to this I was only buying my tea from Teavana.
