Great customer service! Social distancing & face mask mandatory & staff and customer kiosks have glass division we feel safe to do business. You don't need to stand & wait in line you'll get a text when your number is up next . My son upgraded his phone .We'll go back again.

I have been a Telus customer for 6.5 years now and this is far the best service I have ever gotten. Riley explained to me everything in my new contract, gave me great deals, and he was able to answer all of my questions! Thank you so much Riley!!!

Never answers the phone. Terrible at getting back to someone.
Really rude employees. While I was talking to one of the employees, one of the other employees walked up to us and cut me off mid-sentence and started having a conversation of their own while I was just standing their infront of them. This happened twice and the second time I just walked away. Also, I asked for a service and they told me to call customer service because they had a "long waitlist". I'm sure not all of the employees are like that but it was really disappointing.
The guy who was helping me, was amazing and got me in and out of the store quickly, as I had an appointment. ( wish I was better at remembering names)
