The staff in the hotel is lovely and helpful ! They help me to change room with one bad to 2 bads and gave me recommendations for excellent coffee house near the hotel. The rooms are great. Room service was great. Clean. The breakfast was ok. The only thing that was not ok is no access to baby strollers at the main entrance of the hotel . There are a lots of sters and it was inconvenient. Beside of that perfect hotel. The central location was amazing.

Decent well located hotel right in the downtown core. Front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and a nice size. Two of us shared a room and were comfortable.

A great hotel in an excellent location. Ask for a second floor room facing the front and you will have access to a great patio area over looking the street. Convenient access to the waterfront and a great walking path. The breakfast was very nice considering the current pandemic forced the brown bag approach.

Check in through booking.com. Very good location, cozy environment, great staff and service. I checked out Thursday morning and had emergency business conference meeting, their manager give me a big quiet meeting room for the meeting. Breakfast is paused and in a brown bag for yogurt, juice, egg, muffin and apple. The breakfast room still open for sit in, coffee and tea provided. Undergrad parking open, limited space and limited height. It is right in downtown so the smell of urinate is strong. Room nice and clean, there will be no housekeeping during your stay, whatever you need you can ask front desk to bring it to your room. Will back again

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I would like to start off by saying I have never wrote a bad review in my life. But this needs to be said. The Hotel was okay the location is great. However, the manager at the front desk is absolutely miserable, rude, immature and has ZERO customer service. We were originally told that there were 7 noise complaints and they charged us 100.00 per complaint. She kicked us out of the hotel and still charged us for the second night that we had booked along with an extra 400.00 dollars in noise complaints as her story changed to 4 complains when we demanded proof of the complaints. Yet, only would provide proof of two complaints? Suspicious right!!! We ended up paying over 700.00 for a one night stay! Then because we demanded proof of guest refunds, she continued to yell at us saying she was going to call all other hotels in Kelowna and tell them not to rent us a room? It was absolutely ridiculous and I’ve never in my life experienced such horrible customer service.

What a lovely hotel in downtown Kelowna! I really appreciate the covid and safety precautions they take here. The staff are all very nice and pleasant. Only negative I can say is their parking. While we didn’t have any issues getting a spot, the parking lot is a tight squeeze. There also isn’t very many spots which I could see as a problem during higher volume times.

The location is fabulous. Set on a pedestrian-only street just steps from City park and the Beach. Our room was enormous with a living room and bedroom area and 2 balconies with a lake view. The king bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotless and sanitized. Will stay there again.

We stayed at Royal Anne Kelowna during August . All staff made a great effort to make the stay as positive as possible despite of COVID restrictions. Sensitizers were available all over the hotel and staff was doing good job to get people to maintain social distances. Due to covid there was no housekeeping during our stay, staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We forgot one item in our room, staff was nice enough to locate it and mail it back to us. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, perfect location in downtown. Highly recommend it!
