My husband Jason and I are current renters at Totem Storage. They are friendly and easy to rent a unit from. Our key broke on in our lock near closing time. The young lady on duty was quick to come and assist us. The broken key was easily removed from the lock. Our unit is well maintained. It is quiet and secure.
Totom Storage has the best rates and value that I could find in the Okanagan Valley. The customer service is top notch and I feel greatly appreciated as a customer. The facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. I would recommend Totom Storage to anyone who asked me about storage accommodations. :D
I had days to find a storage unit and move cities. They were super friendly and ver accommodating. Always smiling! No initials fees besides unit rent! It is nice to use a service with awesome people to make the experience that much better!
