Terrible (no) customer service. Placed an online order on November 21, and it is now December 27 and I still do not have my order. The Canada Post tracking hasn’t been updated since November 29. I emailed Urban Planet 3 times and got the same answer word for word every time. There is no phone number to call. I will never order from here again!
