These guys just serviced my bike. Being a new motorcycle owner, I had, and still have lots of questions. They're patient, attentive, and really knowledgeable. I was really happy with the mechanic's explanation of what he did while working on my bike. He answered all my questions clearly and concisely which I appreciated. No wonder these folks have almost five stars after all their reviews!
I frequent the store during snow season. The staff at this store are nothing short of impressive when it comes to customer service on all levels.I have experienced and often observed staff going well beyond their duty especially when it comes to parts or keeping your recreational vehicle serviceable.
I am traveling across Canada from Ontario to BC/YT and return. On my way back my bike failed in Kelowna. These fellas did everything that was possible to let me continue my trip. Got served same day and I'm back on the road. Very recommended!
