I ordered a smoker and some accessories from their online store. Over the next several days I anxiously awaiting the pallet to arrive in my city. After not getting contacted by the shipping company I called them and was told they had no idea where the pallet had gone. I contacted Wicker Land to explain the situation and my frustration. Dan O'Brien from the Kelowna location to the rescue! He responded promptly to any message that I sent and took over dealing with the shipping company for me. I had let him know that a concern for me was that if the pallet somehow ended up not being found that I had searched high and low for that particular smoker and was afraid it wouldn't be available. Without any prompting Dan let me know that he had reserved one in the store for me in the event the shipment wasn't located. Everything ended up working out and I received the shipment later that week. Originally I chose Wicker Land for their inventory, but now I would choose it for their refreshingly amazing customer experience . Thanks Dan!
Was inquiring about possible furniture purchase and the staff was incredibly assisting online. Lots of helpful information and not just a couple word reply to each question. Haven’t purchased from them yet so I can’t comment on the follow up service but the initial impression is great.
I found Wicker Land Patio Furniture’s website online as I wanted to order a product that’s hard to find in Ontario. Their response was quick and helpful and I was able to purchase the exact item I wanted. Especially in these times, it’s great to support a small business. Highly recommend!
Dan provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even on a Sunday when most stores are closed or functioning on reduced hours. I am very impressed and will be ordering from them again.
