I've utilized many counselling services over my lifetime but William & Associates was by far the most empowering, inspiring, and rewarding. Never have I encountered a counselling service where I felt so comfortable and understood. Over the last 3 years, working through and resolving a lifetime of emotional turmoil has liberated me in a way I never thought possible. For the first time in my life I can finally say I'm living. I highly recommend this service. Wouldn't be here without it.

I have been attending this practice for counseling for almost 2 years now, and can't say enough about the progression I've made in all aspects of life due to the honest, caring, kind, and persistent nature of my counselor, and all the staff there. Upon intake the owners ensure that you're carefully matched up to a counselor who can best help you according to your needs. They're always willing to work with me regarding solutions when I have affordability issues, and still need a session. Very appreciative of this business, and the opportunities they've given me repairing trauma and mental health.

I have been attending William and Associates counseling since they first opened and have been receiving counseling from Susannah joy Schuilenberg. I can not imagine a better Trauma counselor to have seen. ( I have seen many over the years) I have severe CPTSD among other issues and the help and counseling I received in her care then and now is nothing less than exceptional. I have healed , grown and just become all around better since starting my counseling with Susannah, its been one of the most important appointments on my calendar each month, I have never met anyone so well equipped to handle the extreme Trauma I have suffered , much appreciated as without her guidance and vast knowledge on the subjects she is well versed in I do not believe I would be the woman I am today. I can raise my family, go out into public and interact with others as I was quite unable to do before therapy with Susannah Schuilenberg, its saved my life quite frankly attending her sessions. Their office also offers many many other services and counselors that work in their accredited business that has received awards and is recognized among Kelownas growing community. Susannah joy Schuilenberg really has changed me, in the best way possible and I highly recommend going to her and anyone else at William and Associates counseling. They have recently moved their office downtown and are opening up soon with more services to offer to our community , I cannot wait till they reopen so I can continue my professional counseling with Susannah, its really is a place that makes you feel at home and is also affordable, they do their best to help those who need it as it can be expensive, I really can't say enough good things about this business , I hope this helps anyone looking for good Trauma counseling and many other forms of counseling that is provided at William and Associates counseling as well. William and Associates are passionate about mental health and social justice, and advocate for the rights of others. Having worked with them, I have the greatest respect for their knowledge, integrity and skills as people and counsellors. With the variety of counsellors in their practice, they are able to offer a wide range of specialities from trauma to grief to relationship counselling. Each counsellor brings their own particular style, enabling them to meet a range of client needs as that connection between counsellor and client is everything.
