Rhythmik Aeonity

Decent pharmacy. They are courteous. They do contact you when scripts are ready, and also contact Dr's for renewal, both if you ask. They can be a little slow sometimes, and can have a pretty long pickup line, they are in a grocerie store after all. Only real complaint I've ever had is that they have run out of medications I need a few times in the last couple years. Better than many overall.

I think it must be a requirement of all Safeway pharmacy employees to be dirt bags. I've been to 3 local pharmacys and there all the same. No matter what you go to pick up from kids meds to decongestants... I think they're all rude!

Completely unprofessional every time. I just switched pharmacies because CVS doesn't carry my prescription any longer. I have gone into the store 4 times and used the phone service 3 times and I have yet to speak to pharmacy staff who isn't annoyed at my request. The last time I called the staff answered "hello" not "safeway pharmacy" I literally thought I called the wrong number and when I verified what number I called she responded "uh, YEAH, safeway. What do you need." I will be calling around to find a different pharmacy that carries my prescription. I really am uncomfortable posting a negative review but their continued unwelcoming and irritated responses to their customers really irritates me, especially when it's not one staff it is EVERYONE there. Must be a bad place to work.

I never write bad reviews, but this pharmacy isa complete joke. The staff is always rude and unprofessional, and literally everytime I try to pick up a prescription they tell me 30 min and it always takes at least an hr. Then they act like it's my fault that they are slow.

The only thing I really didn't like was when I needed an auto refill on a certain medication it couldn't be done. And when I did not want Auto refill on a certain other medication it would Auto refill! Not sure why. Plus not all Safeway pharmacies have a drive-thru like the one on Ocean Beach Highway

They are absolutely horrible with both their customer service and with filling your prescriptions in a timely manner, and when they mess up they blame either the computer or the customer.
