Big variety on products. Staff was friendly and the store was tidy. Waited a bit long to pay. But overall not a bad experience.

Big store selling lots of products like house hold appliances, electronics, stationary, car care products, garden tools and furniture, handy man tools and much more. Service staff are helpful normally know where products are located in the store. Watch their weekly promotional pamphlets for discounts.

Festival Mall experience relate more to the individual shops than the overall experience at the mall. Therefor the service levels can range from excellent to non existent depending on the shop. If you carefully plan your visit to visit during quiet times it is much easier to park and have a positive experience. Good to see everybody adhering to Covid protocols. I think it is an important mall for Kempton Park.

I noticed a few changes at the Festival mall. During the week most shops are closing at 5 or 6pm and weekends much earlier, some as early as 1430. However, The good thing is that sanitizing of hands, in and out of the mall, and in every shop is practised. When collecting a parking ticket, one can wave on the machine instead of pressing a button. Same goes when making a payment for parking. Good news that the annual Lunar Park is already set up for that much needed fun during these trying times.

Customer service on the floor is up to .... the most unfriendly unpleasant shopping experience in my whole live would never support them ever again, as well as wrong pricing on shelves and nobody to help or assist you in any way..!!!!!!!!!!!⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️ What a waist of time to go shop there
