What a great experience. After reading reviews we were not too excited about going to renew our licences. But... They were very efficient... Covid19 regulations efficiently adhered too; 3 queues for different sections ; security handed out forms to people waiting in the queue... So no time wasting... And Mr Fabian Steady who did our renewals... You are efficient, proactive, friendly and very fast. Thank you.

This place is beyond pathetic. You get to stand in rows outside, until they come fetch your papers, whether you come to collect or hand your renewals in. You have to stand outside the whole time, whether you old or sick no preference. When they open the door to collect your papers, people who didn't stand in rows storm the door infront of everybody and get preference. When they do take your paper you wait over a hour for them to return if you lucky. Why do they have a new "system". Really
