Very disappointed with the service here. After sending my order to print I requested for the file to be opened and for them to confirm if the artwork was too dark and it needed to be changed. On my arrival, they hadn't bothered to open it, never mind even being printed by the time I had requested. If this is how you treat people who don't require bulk printing, then you should only offer bulk printing services.
