Hi Sir please note that am a big fan of Nando's and i was so disappointed with how your team treated me and my wife upon our visit , the was no-one at the door to sanitize and take our temperature, we had to be sanitized by the cashier at the till, the lady that gave packed my order of full chicken and 2 sides of peri tatoe salad and Nando's salad with feta , salad had no olive and no fancy lettuce on it, feta was missing , only one serviette was provided with my meal , when i asked the lady that why is she giving me 1 serviette with a full chicken meal she asked how many serviettes do i want, that was so disrespectful to me and my wife, but as for the chicken i really enjoyed it and i will still come back at your store , most importantly can your team please comply to the Covid 19 regulations course its for their own safety as well.

The store was clean but their eft system was not working and having to go back to the full atm and back again to buy and wait, I found that they could've made other efforts since it's their fault that the card machine didn't work
