Waiting 63 days for a refund to be done without any communication. Email sent on 25/03/2020 09:17 to Internal Sales person and no feedback. After they got your money and do not deliver cleaning items as promised you need to wait for THEM.

Absolutely poor service from this company, there is a lack of communication internally as well as to their customers, wrong quantities that are delivered and lead times are awefully long. I have also been waiting for a refund for more than 2 months now, and still waiting....I would absolutely advise any one to think twice before considering them as a supplier.
