This service is a scam guys. It has been a week now of trying to contact them and nothing. They were very quick to respond when it came to payment and so forth. But now that I am asking for the products no one is responding via email, calls (office and cell) nothing. I have also realised that the email address just has the name of the person I was dealing with and not the surname which makes it so hard to track. Wow just wow.

This was the worst service I have ever received from a recruitment company. The director, Anne, is unprofessional and rude and did not deliver within the 5 day period which was promised, and when the CV was eventually finalised there were mistakes which they are now refusing to correct due to me complaining about the poor service. Stay away.

Sent them proof of payment on 31 October, as well as my current (organised, complete) cv. As I was changing careers, I thought a new professional cv would be a good start, and sent them this goal as well as some personal information to give them an idea of what I need. They let me know it would be started soon. On 07 November after not hearing anything from them, I contacted Parker placements and was soon sent a cv and coverletter. The writing was unorganized, with empty bulletpoints (incomplete areas?), and otherwise literally just my original cv rewritten in a different font. No attention was paid to the career change or highlighting certain skills for that purpose, and I have no doubt it was sent without being proof-read/checked before sending. A school student could have done a better, neater job than this absolutely clueless, unprofessional bunch of scammers who actually charge for a “professional service”. I hate to think what could have happened had I had them take over my job search/professional platforms without looking at what they had done: the damage to my professional image with recruitment agencies would be immense. Their cover letter is just a template of the cv, if not more shocking and unfinished piece of rubbish. The bulk of the letter is a list of adjectives that have been strung together with no relation to what I had requested. Using a google template would have been more successful than their “cv writing services”, which I regret using.

This appears to be a scam. I ordered a resume rewrite and paid over a month ago. Anne the supposed Director has emailed me promising a resume but it has not been forthcoming.
