I have actually never had bad service from these awesome people have to say they always treat me with respect and service with a smile.
The Roman's delivery guy parked me in and told me, "Roman's parking I was not suppose to use the parking". I think the meed to charge the sign to something we will understand, really now.
The service was really very poor.... The cashier told me to wait 20mins for my Oder and then they make me wait for the my order and to make it worse they tell after waiting almost 45 mins for my order no they skipped my order so then I have to wait another 10 mins for my order to me done ... This was really not a niece experience at this Romance.
Food was good. Service was decent and we didn't wait very long. Nice pizza at affordable prices.
Didn't wait too long for pizza... Some of the staff is great... Others are rude like Donald, RUDELY turning customers away and closing the door telling them they closed at 7:30pm already... Manner of approach is everything.
I'm staying in cbd but I prefer driving all the way here because the service is excellent. Their pizza's never disappoint.
