An agent from Starbreak was at the Renault Northcliff dealership yesterday when my car was there. I received a call and was told that there are 2 chips on my windscreen, on the black part, and would I like it to be fixed. I agreed and was told that they would put stickers where they fixed the chips and that it's a lifetime guarantee. Picked up my car and there were no stickers, lady at the dealership called the agent while I waited. She couldn't get through and she left a message. I waited a bit longer and left. Haven't heard anything since. I called the dealership and was told that the lady said she'd send me all the info and a screenshot of where the chips were fixed. Haven't received anything. Tried calling earlier to speak to Erica, but the phone has been engaged and I can't get through. Makes me wonder if any work was done on my windscreen at all, since it looks exactly the same as it did when I took it in.
