The best place for all those who need a salon that caters for natural (afro) hair. They do not comb,do not use any heat and are very gentle with handling your hair..the stylists are engaging in the process of bringing your ideal hairstyle to life,whilst ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. The downside is timekeeping..most appointments do not start at the designated time but I guess that's to do with patrons before you not keeping their time

I didn't like it at all, place is clustered, I sat on a couch that didn't have a back support, hair done is not neat looks like it was done a week ago, not for me, I left before they could do my hair because the service was shocking.

I first booked for a treatment last year and when I arrived I had to wait 2 hours before I could be assisted, I waited because I thought maybe they were having a bad day, then today I had a booking at 10 for knotless braids but when I arrived I was told there was no one to assist me even though I had a booking. If you value your time I would not recommend this place because they don’t value their customers. I personally will not be going back.

Made an appointment for the 15th December last week on the 7th, send a message on their Facebook message and I even called spoke to someone who said she booked me, called again on Saturday to confirm my appointment and when called on the day of appointment I'm told I was not booked and the place is busy, please don't stress on your Facebook page that people should book appointments if you are not going to honor those appointments!
