Late this morning I called to make appointment ASAP for my boys and we apparently had issues. We tried this a little less than a year ago and the boys seemed drugged or like Zombies even with cutting the dose in half. So... we decided to not do this route and try wearing the boys out and other ways to aid in naturally wearing them out including Melatonin the pediatrician recommended. Since the kids have been out of daycare and the new routine is not too their liking were have had major issues so were decided to call and get appointments again so this place could refer us to a behavior therapist to give us help parenting and handling certain issues we have. I asked for appointment and after going back and forth with nobody answering the front another lady told us to be there at 1230. I said great, I might be cutting it close but she says try not toi be more than 15 minutes late and we can still be seen. We got traffic and got the at 12:40 but the last would not allow us to be seen. I even spoke with the office manager that did not say anything different or take authority nor responsibility for the staff. There was clearly miscommunication and a staff member told me wrong but we husseled to get ready and drive 45 minutes toi be turned away. Has anyone else had these issues? miscommunications? Maybe they need trainings or to find a way to at least make the person comforted or make the situation right. It seemed more like an issue of them getting out later since nobody else was waiting and they wanted to leave early enough on a Friday. I am so sorry for the inconvenience of your job! I'll be changing Doctors. If they make me feel uncomfortable than his should they make my kids feel?
