I don't understand when it became acceptable to have to pull up and wait for your order every time you visit a \fast food\ restaurant. This McDonald's is extremely terrible when it comes to customer service. You're always waiting with three or four other customers and the employees don't even keep up with which order goes to which car. They go around car to car and ask what your order is. I was visited 4 different times by the same employee until the right order was brought to me. This is shameful. Just because McDonald's is too big to fail and will always have some business doesn't mean they should be this indifferent about serving customers. Ridiculous.

I ordered in drive thru. Opened thee bag. Wasn't what I ordered walked in a when I spoke to the person behind the counter she and manager got a attitude an wanted. To argue about what I ordered . This place needs to be shut down. Noone gets a order right. If I was the manager or owner of go through an see how everyone is working if they aren't up to standards Id fire them an start fresh
