Do not use this service!!!!!!! It is the worst broadband provider i have ever used! Barely have a connection and the customer service is an absolute joke. Its quite embarrassing how they can even call themselves a broadband provider! Highly recommended DO NOT USE!!!

Probably the best service I've received from a company. From my initial enquiry, I had internet set up and working perfectly less than 24 hours later. The guy who installed it was super friendly and helpful. We now receive fast internet speeds in a rural location. Couldn't be happier. Thanks

The signal is unreliable and calls to the 'support' team are never returned as they promise. If you do speak to anyone they consistently deny there's a problem. 6 other households in my small village are experiencing the same difficulties from Kencomp. I went to Kencomp because 'normal' broadband is unusable (about 0.6 Mbps) and Kencomp are, sadly, the only show in town. Right now, it's barely useable and Kencomp's recorded message (dated 23 July for the last three days (it's 30 July) - bit of an own goal, there) says all is fine! They're a shambles and not a cheap option, either. If you have any choice, take it.

Unimpressed. Over the last 12 months speeds have been very up and down and we have lost internet completely twice for up to a week. First occasion the owners of the house where our signal bounces from had inadvertently switched off power to repeater - how can a system be designed with this possible flaw in place. This current occasion problem with a mast that has been known about for over a week but don't have the staff available to climb the mast and comment is they hope to have it fixed in the next week. Two days ago I was told this wasn't the problem. Phone calls aren't returned x2. When asked about possible compensation was told Internet has to be down for a month before any reimbursement that's significantly worse that BT. People are very nice on the phone but doesn't help when you have a business to run and are paying over 40 a month.
