The team at Kendal Physio have been absolutely brilliant in aiding my recovery following a car accident. They listened, gave clear advice, were courteous at all times and very professional. Mary effectively diagnosed the problem I was having with my knee and suggested a number of strengthening exercises. The pain was eliminated after a few days following the diagnosis. The exercises continue to build the muscle around the knee, which now feels much stronger then before the problem emerged. It was good to see Mary at fairly short notice, and in spite of all the covid restrictions, the practice felt safe.
