Bill the owner rocks and is always responsive to all my questions and is hands on. In fact, my wife and I love it so much after they covered 60 percent of our back yard I told Bill to do the rest. Bill recommended and secondary line of misters further back toward my house which is something that no one else even mentioned. Bill installed the awesome misting system for us in advance of a celebration for our son. In order to accomplish, Kendall Misting systems was the only company that was willing to come out on a Saturday with less than 5 days notice to help us. Bill is professional and customer-focused, and the misting system has been a game -changer for our family. We rarely used our patio in summer but now the patio is an extension of our family room and we can easily entertain during the summer as the misting system lowering the temperature by 15 degrees and provides a cool mist (fresh) feeling on the skin. We have received compliments from all our friends and family...everyone says “I realize know how much misting could reduce the temperature and I don’t even notice the installation.” I know thee are lots of choices for misting companies, but the price, service and mostly performance of Kendall Misting systems could not be better. We have lived in AZ since 2003, we missed the boat but not doing this sooner. Love it!
